Hannah More School Parents’ Association Goal
The goal of the Hannah More School Parents’ Association (PA) is to support the students, staff, parents and programs of the school. Through activities, fundraising, and purchasing materials for classroom use, the Parents' Association helps to enhance what the school provides.
Meeting Schedule
Parents’ Association meetings are held at the school on a quarterly or as needed basis. In the past they have been scheduled to coordinate with Back-to-School Night or Report Card Conference Night, to make it easier for parents to attend. The PA also updates parents via email newsletters throughout the school year.
Supporting School Activities
During the school year, staff can request funds from the PA to purchase educational and/or clinical materials. In the past the PA has purchased arts and crafts items, videos, and technology related items such as Nintendo Wii and Wii games, or Apple iPods.
Throughout the school year the PA also coordinates with staff to support their scheduled activities. This includes Service Day, Cultural Arts, and the Positive School Climate Committee.

February/March 2012 Gertrude Hawk Chocolates Fundraiser (This is the PA's only fundraiser)
June 11, 2012 Staff Appreciation Luncheon (Catered)
February 3, 2012 & March 29, 2012: Treats and Snacks for Student Activity Event
