High School

Hannah More provides educational services in grades 9 through 12. Our program approximates a public high school environment. Students may select from a variety of elective courses, including physical education, technology education, computer science, journalism, drama, music, art, or the Decker Program.

As students demonstrate progress, opportunities for partial mainstreaming into local public schools are available. Seniors may be eligible to take classes at the Owings Mills campus of the Community College of Baltimore County.

Students have the opportunity to participate in a variety of extracurricular activities, including student government, yearbook, newspaper, peer mediation, cheerleading, and an annual junior/senior prom.

Four sports teams (flag football, volleyball, basketball and softball) play other local nonpublic schools.

Students who have reached the appropriate level in our behavior management system may be eligible to participate in on-campus work/study for which they receive a training wage. Off-campus work/study is available for eligible students at nearby locations.
